Delete your TrailUK account
You can permanently delete your TrailUK account and the data associated with it. TrailUK will never ask you to send a password or recovery code by email.
Delete directly in the app
- Sign in to the TrailUK account you want to delete.
- Open Me, then Settings.
- Choose Profile & Account, then Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used by your TrailUK account. Put “Delete my TrailUK account” in the subject. We will reply with the minimum steps needed to verify ownership before deleting the account.

Deletion removes the account identity, profile and settings, saved lanes and plans, recordings and attributable GPS data, messages and relationships, club and Assist participation, lane contributions, uploaded account files, push registrations and subscription-entitlement records.
Limited records may be retained only where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or moderation integrity. Those records are minimised or de-identified when the account identifier is no longer needed. Product events may remain only in de-identified aggregate form. Service-provider backups can take a limited period to cycle out.
We aim to complete a verified request promptly and within 30 days. Cancelling an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription is separate from deleting a TrailUK account; manage any active store subscription in the relevant store settings.
